KINGSONG FRANCE is innovating with its trade-in scheme, with the aim of stimulating the renewal of means of transport.
If you're thinking of upgrading to a more advanced, ergonomic and contemporary model of electric scooter or electric unicycle, Kingsong can help you make the switch.
Do you have an old Xiaomi electric scooter gathering dust in your garage, no longer functional due to a faulty battery and which you haven't yet disposed of? Does your old Kingsong KS-16S only cover 10 kilometres with the wind at your back and downhill? Are you thinking of upgrading to a model that offers better performance and energy savings?
Now's the perfect time to revitalise your mobility! 🌿

How does it work?

  1. To start the process of your trade-in request with Kingsong, begin by sending a video of your product in action, including model and mileage, to Don't forget to also attach your vehicle's original purchase invoice. These elements are necessary for your request to be taken into account.
  2. We will assess the trade-in amount and send it to you by email within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays, of course). You can return your product in suitable packaging. Delivery costs are free for France, while for shipments abroad, the costs will be at your expense. In addition, you have the option of arranging an appointment to drop it off at our workshop located in the Lille region.
  3. Once your product has been received, our team of experts will assess it and let you know the trade-in amount. You will then receive a voucher that you can use to purchase the product of your choice, from the list of products covered by the offer only.

Which products are affected?

Note: only the products listed above are concerned by the possibility of obtaining a purchase voucher when your vehicle is taken back (depending on the condition and mileage of the vehicle taken back).

We'd also like to take this opportunity to remind you that we also offer the option of paying in instalments thanks to our partner ALMA! There are no extra charges for paying in 2 or 3 instalments...
